ORDERING + PAYMENT
There are two payment options:
(1) Order and pay online via Pay Pal (accepting Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
(2) Call (416) 629-4294 to order and we will invoice your order. For this second option, transactions may be completed via Pay Pal (accepting Visa, MasterCard and American Express), money order or email transfer (customers will be charged $1.50 processing fee).
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are applied to the total order, which includes shipping. Prices may change without notice. Customers shall be charged product price at time of order.
SHIPPING
We usually package & ship orders within 48 hours of payment. However, we guarantee orders will ship within 1 week of the full order being placed & paid. Delivery method is Canada Post Expedited Mail within Canada. Other shipping couriers are available upon request via email: contact@luxoria.ca.
Retail orders receive discounts (before shipping & taxes) as follows:

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS
With all respect and due to the delicate nature of our products, once a product order is shipped and/or delivered – all sales are final; however, we are committed to good service & incredible customer satisfaction. Customers are required to inspect/examine all products prior to use. If product and/or shipment is damaged, then do not accept nor use it & please communicate with us immediately via contact@luxoria.ca. At the discretion of Luxoria Inc., a credit or replacement of the product not exceeding the sales price of the product may be applied to the customer.
